All coaches MUST BE REGISTERED with the township relative to the ACT 33 and 34 clearances. The success of these programs is based on the volunteers, moms and dads that step up to act as coaches. Regular certified referees are provided, and the PTBBA provides supervision of these activities as well. The teams are coached by the boys and follow “Equal Playing Time” guidelines. Boys participating in this program meet once a week on Sundays. This program typically begins in Mid-November and runs through the end of January. The PTBBA also offers a program to boys in grades 9 through 12. The 1st & 2nd grade division allows for friend and coach requests, and is focused on instructional training with coaches serving as game referees with the intent to provide further instruction. The other weekly session is designated for games. One session will be devoted to skill development and will be led by the PTBBA’s instructors with the help of the volunteer coaches.
